Dr. Blank joined The Walsh Group in 1999 as the Senior Research Scientist, following his retirement from Federal government service.
Dr. Blank was a senior policy analyst at the Office of National Drug Control Policy in the Executive Office of the President where he worked in the area of workplace demand reduction programs and drug testing policy. Previously he served as a project officer at the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment [SAMHSA]. Prior to these appointments, Dr. Blank was the Chief Scientist for the Navy's Drug and Alcohol Program for 15 years.
Dr. Blank retired from TWG in 2003 and currently serves as the Chairman of the firm’s Institutional Review Board. |
